This agreement governs domain registration, renewal, transfer, and related services purchased from TwoQM LLC (“TwoQM”). TwoQM is your reseller and service provider. Tucows Domains Inc., operating through OpenSRS, is the underlying ICANN-accredited registrar where applicable.
1. Registrant ownership and authority
You—or the organization you are authorized to represent—will be recorded as the registrant and beneficial owner. TwoQM will not register a customer domain under TwoQM ownership. You confirm that you can enter this agreement and that the registration and intended use do not violate another party’s rights or applicable law.
2. Availability, pricing, and registration
A search result or quoted price does not reserve or guarantee a domain. Registration becomes active only after payment is accepted, the registry accepts the application, and TwoQM Central records confirmed registration. The displayed price applies to the stated term, normally one year. Renewal and recovery prices may differ. Premium domains require a separate reviewed quote and approval.
3. Fees and refunds
Registration, registry, ICANN, privacy, recovery, and other applicable fees will be disclosed before purchase where available. Registrar and registry transactions may be non-refundable after submission or completion. If payment succeeds but registration cannot be completed, TwoQM will investigate and provide the applicable refund or corrective action. Payment alone never means the domain was registered.
4. Renewal, expiration, and redemption
Auto-renew requires an affirmative customer choice and may be disabled before the published cutoff. You must keep payment and contact information current. An expired domain may stop resolving, enter grace or redemption periods, incur additional fees, or become unavailable for recovery. Required notices depend on accurate contact information.
5. Accurate registration information and privacy
You must provide and maintain complete, accurate registrant, administrative, technical, billing, and TLD-specific information and respond to verification requests. Required information is shared with TwoQM, Tucows/OpenSRS, the applicable registry, ICANN, escrow providers, and other required processors under applicable privacy notices and registration-data policies. RDAP or WHOIS disclosure depends on applicable policy and available privacy services. Inaccurate or unverified data may lead to suspension or cancellation.
6. Policies, suspension, disputes, and transfers
Your registration is subject to registry rules, ICANN consensus policies, the UDRP, transfer policies, abuse requirements, court orders, and law. A registration may be suspended, cancelled, locked, or transferred when required to address nonpayment, inaccurate information, abuse, a registration error, registry stability, legal process, or a dispute. Transfers and ownership changes require proper authorization and may be restricted by applicable policy, disputes, fraud concerns, nonpayment, expiration state, or transfer locks.
7. Incorporated terms
You also agree to the current Tucows/OpenSRS Master Domain Registration Agreement, applicable registry and TLD-specific requirements, the ICANN UDRP, the ICANN Transfer Policy, and the TwoQM Privacy Policy. Those controlling policies may change, and registry-specific terms control where required.
8. Acceptance and audit record
Checkout requires an unchecked affirmative acceptance. TwoQM Central records the agreement version and URL, acceptance timestamp, customer/account and order identifiers, domain, and appropriate request metadata. Keep a copy and contact TwoQM before purchasing if you do not understand or accept these terms.
