Domain Registration & DNS for Texas Businesses

TwoQM registers and manages domains and DNS for businesses in Texas, South Texas, and the US–Mexico corridor — new registrations, transfers, and the DNS work that keeps your website and business email online after a move. Domain and DNS changes are scheduled once decisions are clear; add website, email, and hosting when you want a single operator after launch. Business websites start at $199/month; the standard $500 design and setup fee is waived for qualifying new clients as an introductory offer (12-month minimum service agreement). Domains found in our search show their exact price at checkout. Start at twoqmllc.com/start or email juan@twoqm.com / admin@twoqmllc.com.

Business apps and systems start at $449/month, and custom software is quoted individually. Final pricing depends on your requirements and scope; compare all three categories at twoqmllc.com/pricing.

01

Register a new domain vs transfer an existing one

Registering means securing a name that is available and assigning ownership to your business. Transferring means moving an existing domain from another registrar to TwoQM (or pointing nameservers while you keep the registrar) so DNS, renewals, and support sit with the same operator who runs your site and email. You remain the registrant and beneficial owner either way — TwoQM coordinates the operational pieces so the move does not quietly break mail or the website.

  • New registration when the name is available
  • Transfer when you already own the domain elsewhere
  • You keep ownership; TwoQM manages ops and renewals
  • Nameserver pointing is an option when you keep the registrar
02

DNS that protects email

DNS is the map that tells the internet where your website and mail live. MX records point mail to your mailbox provider. SPF and DKIM help receivers trust that mail from your domain is legitimate. TwoQM sets and verifies these records with your mailbox provider (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or TwoQM-managed mail) — we do not publish stale “copy these exact strings” tables here. The goal is simple: website and business email stay online through a registration, transfer, or hosting change.

  • MX for where mail is delivered
  • SPF / DKIM coordinated with your mailbox provider
  • Website records planned with mail in the same pass
  • Verification with your provider — not guesswork
04

Project timeline

Domain and DNS work moves once registration vs transfer, mailbox provider, and nameserver decisions are clear. When website and business email are part of the project, the timeline is confirmed in your project scope.

  • Domain / DNS work scheduled once decided
  • Website and email timing confirmed in your project scope
  • Transfers and auth-code timing can extend the window

Who this is for

South Texas, Rio Grande Valley, Texas, and US–Mexico corridor businesses that want one bilingual operator after launch — not a DIY registrar checkout with three other vendors for site and mail. If you are weighing GoDaddy or Namecheap DIY against a local team that also runs your website and inbox, here is how register vs. transfer, email-safe DNS, timeline, and pricing work.

  • RGV / South Texas / Texas / US–Mexico corridor
  • Owners who need a domain or safe transfer without killing email
  • Teams that want domain + site + email under one operator
  • Bilingual Brownsville support when staff or customers need it

FAQ — transfer lock, auth codes, cutover, registrar vs nameservers

A transfer lock (clientTransferProhibited) must be unlocked at the current registrar before a transfer starts; TwoQM will tell you what to check. Auth/EPP codes come from the current registrar and are required for most gTLD transfers. Email cutover is planned so MX and authentication records move with a clear window — not a surprise overnight break. You can keep your registrar and point nameservers to TwoQM, or transfer fully so renewals and DNS sit with us; we review that choice against your website and mailbox setup. Bilingual English/Spanish support is available from our Brownsville team.

  • Unlock transfer lock before starting
  • Auth / EPP code from current registrar
  • Email cutover window planned with MX/SPF/DKIM
  • Keep registrar + point NS, or full transfer
  • Bilingual EN/ES support from Brownsville
