Technology for law firms

Connect legal expertise with a better client and staff experience.

TwoQM develops bilingual legal websites and can scope inquiry intake, CRM connections, staff portals, document workflows, automation, and custom software around the way your firm works.

Small law firms usually don't need a generic website as much as they need consultation requests, conflict-check names, appointment booking, document requests, and client status updates to land in one place with a clear owner. TwoQM, based in Brownsville, Texas, plans and builds that path — bilingual intake forms, routing to the person your firm names for review, consultation booking with reminders, and document checklists clients and staff can both see — and keeps the website, domain email, and hosting running under one operator. Your attorneys decide what is collected and what counts as advice; we build the workflow around it. Start at twoqmllc.com/start or email juan@twoqm.com.

Discuss your firm’s workflow

01

Experience with legal businesses

Our Pacheco Couceiro work includes bilingual service architecture, office information, and consultation paths. That public website experience provides a practical starting point for discussing your firm’s intake and follow-up needs.

02

From inquiry to the next responsible person

A scoped intake system can capture matter type, contact details, consent, and source, then route the inquiry for review. We agree on required information, permissions, retention, and handoff responsibilities before implementation.

03

Software and automation around your practice

Supported CRM integrations, appointment workflows, staff dashboards, client portals, and document handling can reduce repeated work. AI-assisted tasks require defined information boundaries and human review. These capabilities are scoped proposals, rather than claims about systems deployed for every legal client.

04

Confidentiality and professional review

Your firm determines what prospective clients should submit and how staff should handle it. Access controls and provider choices are part of scope; legal advice and case decisions remain with your professionals.

Where small-firm intake and follow-up break

The pattern is familiar in firms with one attorney or fifteen. A consultation request comes through the website form on a Thursday night, another arrives as a voicemail, a third as a text to a partner's cell, and a fourth through the Google profile.

Intake often captures a name and a phone number but not the adverse or related parties the firm needs before a matter exists, so conflict review starts with a callback. Consultations get booked through phone tag. Document requests restart every week because the checklist for each matter type lives in one person's head, and clients call to ask what is still missing because nothing shows them. Spanish-preferring prospects land on an English-only form and call instead — or move on.

None of this is a design problem. It comes from the same client and matter information living in too many places without a named owner.

What TwoQM connects or builds — matched to the need

Consultation intake can collect practice area, a short matter summary, preferred language and contact method, urgency, and how the person found the firm in one request, then route it to the right person with status tracking.

Conflict-check intake fields can capture the prospective client and any adverse or related parties as structured, searchable fields and send them to the person your firm names for review. Your firm's own rules decide what is checked and who clears it.

Consultation booking can send confirmations and reminders tied to the intake record. Document requests can use per-matter-type checklists in a client portal, so clients see what is still missing and staff see what came in. Back-office handoffs, such as where an incoming client payment sits and who has the next step, can be mapped as a process only; trust-accounting decisions stay with your lawyers, bank, and accountant.

Automation with human review can handle intake confirmations, missing-document reminders, consultation reminders, and draft replies a person approves and sends. AI never gives legal advice and never sends on its own. Bilingual intake forms and Spanish practice-area pages keep the Spanish path in sync with the English one. Local search foundations keep the Google profile and practice-area pages accurate; whether and how the firm asks for reviews is its own decision.

What to share before a scoping call

Bring your practice areas and consultation types — free or paid, in person or remote — and who books them. List the intake fields your firm requires and the ones that are optional, who runs conflict checks and which names they need, and the names of the practice-management, calendar, portal, and e-signature tools you already use. Add the document list for each matter type, staff roles and who must not see which matters, whether clients need English, Spanish, or both, how clients get status today, and any retention or permission expectations your firm has already set.

Websites, Apps & Systems, or custom software — which fits

If the firm mainly needs a credible bilingual website, a clear consultation path, and a local search foundation, a Business Website is usually the right start. If the work is intake routing, booking, CRM stages, a client portal, dashboards, or notifications on existing TwoQM software and reusable systems, Business Apps & Systems fits. Custom Software makes sense when a firm-specific workflow — for example, document sets bound to a matter number with strict staff permissions — can't be solved by an existing setting or reusable system.

When you don't need custom work

If your practice-management tool's built-in intake form, portal, and booking page already feed one shared record, and your Google profile shows the right practice areas, hours, and links, start there. Custom work makes sense when intake, conflict review, booking, or document follow-up costs staff real time every week.

Direct answers

Common questions from law firms.

Do law firms need custom software or just a better website?

It depends on the workflow. If the problem is an unclear consultation path and outdated practice-area pages, a better website is usually enough. If intake routing, booking, or a client portal takes real time every week, Business Apps & Systems may fit; custom software is for firm-specific needs no existing setting or reusable system solves. See pricing for all three categories.

Can you work with the practice-management or portal tool we already use?

We plan the connection to your existing practice-management or portal provider where that provider's tools allow, rather than creating a second database. What is possible depends on the provider.

Can intake capture conflict-check names before a matter is opened?

Yes. Intake can include structured fields for the prospective client and any adverse or related parties, routed to the person your firm names. Your firm's rules and counsel decide what is checked and who clears it.

Can clients book consultations and see which documents are still missing?

Yes. Consultation booking can send confirmations and reminders, and per-matter-type checklists in a client portal let clients see what is still missing while staff see what came in.

Can prospective clients complete intake in Spanish?

Yes. TwoQM can build bilingual intake forms and Spanish practice-area pages, with staff routing in the language your firm chooses.

Does TwoQM give legal or ethics advice about intake, advertising, or confidentiality?

No. Your firm decides what prospective clients submit, which disclaimers appear, how advertising is reviewed, and who can access and retain information. TwoQM builds and maintains the agreed workflow and access controls.
