What we can deliver

Built for a defined job.

  • Customer and lead fields that match your process
  • Pipeline stages, assignments, and follow-up views
  • Role-based access and business-specific records
  • Forms and supported system integrations
  • Import planning, field mapping, and validation where migration is supported
  • Team training, operating documentation, and support scope

Scope & operating costs

Agree on the details before development.

We review your existing CRM, record quality, duplicate rules, access roles, and pipeline before deciding whether to extend an existing tool or build a custom workspace. Migration is quoted only after reviewing supported exports and a sample mapping. We agree on backups, validation, ownership, and cutover. Provider licenses and ongoing maintenance are separate scope decisions.

Relevant product experience

Connected records. A clear next action.

The TwoQM mobile app supports website inquiries, team notes, and lead status within authorized businesses. That is a concrete example of a focused CRM workflow; a new CRM project can have a different scope.

How projects work

A clear scope. A working result.

01

Understand

We review your workflow, users, existing tools, and the result you need.

02

Agree

We define deliverables, price, dependencies, acceptance checks, and ongoing costs.

03

Build and review

You review the important tasks as the website, application, or integration takes shape.

04

Launch and support

We verify the agreed workflows, hand over documentation, and confirm support responsibilities.

Before you start

Useful questions. Clear answers.

Do we need a new CRM?

We first review what you use today. Configuration or integration may solve the problem without replacing your system.

Can you move our current records?

We assess supported exports, field mapping, duplicates, and record ownership. A migration is not promised until the source and target are reviewed.

Can different teams see different records?

Roles, business boundaries, and allowed actions are part of the design and verification. We agree these rules before building.
