AI & Automation

AI that works inside your business.

TwoQM scopes and builds AI integrations, assistants, and operational tools around the work your team actually does. Start with a useful task, the information it needs, and the person responsible for reviewing the result.

What we can deliver

Built for a defined job.

  • Integrations with existing business tools and approved data sources
  • Inquiry classification, assignment, and draft responses for staff review
  • Internal knowledge assistants with access controls and source references
  • Document extraction, summarization, and review workflows
  • AI-assisted customer service with a clear handoff to a person
  • Custom AI tools and operational applications

Scope & operating costs

Agree on the details before development.

We agree on approved information, permissions, provider connections, and acceptable outputs before development. Deliverables can include an integration, staff interface, review queue, evaluation examples, operating instructions, and monitoring. Human approval stays in place for sensitive decisions and customer-facing actions. Model usage, hosting, storage, and third-party subscriptions are ongoing costs; we explain these separately from the build quote. These are custom development services, with implementation determined by your scope.

Relevant product experience

Connected records. A clear next action.

TwoQM Central demonstrates our experience with authenticated business records, inquiry routing, and staff workflows. AI projects are scoped separately; this is evidence of the underlying systems capability, rather than a claim that these AI examples are already deployed.

How projects work

A clear scope. A working result.

01

Understand

We review your workflow, users, existing tools, and the result you need.

02

Agree

We define deliverables, price, dependencies, acceptance checks, and ongoing costs.

03

Build and review

You review the important tasks as the website, application, or integration takes shape.

04

Launch and support

We verify the agreed workflows, hand over documentation, and confirm support responsibilities.

Before you start

Useful questions. Clear answers.

Can it use our existing tools?

We review the available APIs, permissions, data quality, and provider terms. When a connection is unavailable, we explain the alternative before quoting.

Who checks the output?

We define review steps, escalation, and human handoff with your team. Testing uses representative examples and includes incorrect or incomplete responses.

What happens after launch?

We agree on support, monitoring, model or provider changes, usage limits, and recurring costs. Automation has a named owner and a way to pause it.
