Technology for Nonprofits and community organizations

Software and websites for nonprofits and community organizations.

TwoQM builds websites and connected systems for nonprofits and community organizations: bilingual program and eligibility pages, volunteer signups with shift reminders, intake forms routed to the right staff person, donor follow-up tied to the donation provider you already use, and grant deadline calendars. Business Websites start at $199/month and Business Apps & Systems at $449/month, with custom software by quote. TwoQM is based in Brownsville, Texas, and works with organizations nationwide in English and Spanish.

What needs to work

A professional presence connected to the business behind it.

TwoQM helps nonprofits, associations, foundations, and community programs create a clearer customer experience and a more organized technology foundation.

  • Mission and impact storytelling
  • Program and resource pages
  • Donation and volunteer connections
  • Accessible bilingual information

Practical planning

Give each program a clear next step

Volunteers, donors, and people requesting help need different journeys. We can scope registration and staff routing around approved programs; payment and donation integrations depend on your provider and account setup.

These are options for custom development. We agree on scope, integrations, and operating costs with your team before building.

What to share

Approved program information, eligibility rules, donation provider, staff roles, and accessibility needs.

Where nonprofit work usually breaks

A small nonprofit, association, foundation, church ministry, or community program often runs on a donation button, a shared inbox, a spreadsheet of volunteers, and a grant calendar that lives in someone's head. Busy months expose the same gaps.

Donations and receipts live in the payment provider but not in the donor list, so a thank-you or a year-end statement means exporting and matching by hand. Volunteer signups arrive by email and text with no role requirements and no reminders, so a shift goes uncovered and nobody notices until the morning of the event.

People requesting help land on the wrong form, or on a page that only exists in English, and call the office instead. Grant deadlines and the document packs behind them are tracked from memory. And the board and staff each keep their own copy of contacts, so nobody is sure which phone number or email is current. None of this is a design problem; it comes from the same people living in too many places.

What TwoQM can set up, matched to the workflow

The right first step is not always a new website. TwoQM matches the work to where things actually break.

Websites and maintenance: mission, programs, eligibility, events, and impact pages in English and Spanish, with an accessible structure and donate links that point to the organization's existing provider. Hosting, updates, and domain email stay with one operator.

Business systems and integrations: one contact record for donors, volunteers, and the people you serve, with intake forms routed to the right staff person and donor receipt batches reconciled to deposit dates.

Automation and AI with human review: reminders for volunteer shifts, follow-up after an inquiry, and a grant deadline calendar with document checklists. AI can draft a message or summarize a form; a person approves anything that is sent.

Custom software and portals: volunteer or client portals, program applications with eligibility rules, and board document access, when no existing setting or reusable system can handle the workflow.

Donations and receipts

TwoQM connects to the donation or payment provider the organization already uses. It does not process donations, hold funds, or advise on tax deductibility or receipt wording. Your accountant or attorney confirms what a receipt must say.

What TwoQM can do is keep the operational side in step: gifts from the provider, checks, and event tables grouped into batches that match each deposit, each donor on one record, and a review step before receipts go out. That makes a thank-you, a duplicate check, or a year-end statement a report instead of a project.

Volunteers and people requesting help

Volunteers and people requesting help need separate journeys, even when they arrive from the same page. A volunteer signup works best by role and shift, with the requirements for each role stated up front and reminders before the shift. A request for help works best as an intake form with the program's eligibility questions, routed to the staff person who handles that program.

Both journeys can be bilingual from the first screen. Information from people asking for help stays limited to the staff who need it, and the organization decides what it collects and how long it keeps it.

Grants and reporting

A grant is easier to lose to a calendar than to competition. A shared deadline calendar, with a document pack for each application and a named owner for each item, keeps staff and board roles clear and shows what is still missing before the week it is due. The same records can feed the program reports a funder asks for.

What to share before scoping

A short first conversation goes further with a few things in hand: approved program information and eligibility rules; the donation or payment provider and who owns that account; the tools you use today, such as spreadsheets, shared email, and forms; staff and volunteer roles; the languages you serve; accessibility needs; and who approves website content. With that, TwoQM can tell you what can be connected, what needs a new tool, and what you can simply organize yourselves.

Direct answers

Common questions from nonprofits and community organizations.

Does TwoQM use a generic template for nonprofits?

No. Programs, eligibility rules, volunteer roles, and donation tools differ from one organization to the next, so every project is planned around your mission, the people you serve, and how your staff and volunteers actually work.

Can you connect volunteer signups, help requests, or donation inquiries?

Yes. TwoQM can plan volunteer signups by role and shift with reminders, help-request forms routed to the right staff person, and donation inquiries that reach your donor list, connected to the systems you already use.

Can the website be English and Spanish?

Yes. Content, navigation, forms, and technical foundations can be designed as one coherent bilingual experience.

Does TwoQM process donations?

No. TwoQM connects to the donation or payment provider you already use and keeps donor records and receipt batches lined up with it. It does not hold funds or advise on tax or receipt wording.

Can you work with the tools we already use, like spreadsheets, a donation platform, or shared email?

Yes. Scope starts from the tools you use today. What can be connected depends on each provider's tools, your account, and who has access to it.

How much does it cost to start?

Business Websites start at $199/month (standard $500 design and setup fee). Business Apps & Systems start at $449/month (standard $1,500 development and onboarding fee; it does not include unlimited development or a completely new application built from scratch). Custom Software is quoted in writing. Both fees are waived as an introductory offer for qualifying new clients with a 12-month minimum service agreement. See pricing.
