Edinburg, TX
CRM, intake systems and software for Edinburg businesses
Edinburg is the fastest-growing Valley city with more than 50,000 residents and the seat of Hidalgo County, which keeps law firms, professional offices and contractors busy. TwoQM builds the CRM, intake and follow-up systems those businesses run on, and the website that feeds them. We're based in Brownsville and work with Edinburg businesses remotely; on-site visits are discussed per project.
01
Edinburg's business mix, by the numbers
Edinburg's four postal ZIP codes (78539–78542) held 2,080 employer establishments in 2023, and 1,759 of them, about 85%, had fewer than 20 employees (Census ZBP 2023). Professional, scientific and technical services account for 234 establishments, including 98 law offices and 42 accounting and tax practices. Health care and social assistance counts 465, about 22% of the total, with 130 physicians' offices and 51 dental offices, and construction counts 142.
The city's estimated population reached 108,733 in July 2024, up 8.4% from the 2020 base of 100,316, faster than McAllen, Brownsville, Mission, Pharr or Harlingen over the same period (Census Vintage 2024 estimates). About 69% of residents age 5 and older speak Spanish at home (ACS 2019–2023, table C16001). Hidalgo County also has 16,470 construction businesses with no employees, independent tradespeople who never appear in the employer count (Nonemployer Statistics 2023).
Edinburg is the county seat of Hidalgo County, and the county courthouse is in the city (Hidalgo County). For law firms and other professional offices, that puts the courts and county records close at hand.

Law firms and professional offices: intake, conflicts and documents
Edinburg's 98 law offices and 234 professional-services establishments mostly run with small teams, so every consultation request that sits in an inbox overnight is a lead at risk. A good intake system asks matter-specific questions up front, can flag possible conflicts for an attorney to check, books the consultation, and sends a document checklist the client can complete online.
The routing, reminders and checklists are conventional automation, predictable and easy to audit. AI can summarize a long narrative from a potential client so the attorney reads one paragraph instead of five, or suggest which practice area a request belongs to; a person reviews before anything is decided or sent. When a firm needs a client portal or a case workflow that off-the-shelf tools don't cover, we scope custom software. See law firms, professional services, CRM and client portals with document checklists.
03
Contractors: estimate requests, photos and follow-up
A growing city builds. Edinburg's ZIP codes have 142 construction employers, and countywide there are 798 construction employers next to 16,470 construction businesses with no employees (County Business Patterns 2023; Nonemployer Statistics 2023). For these businesses, the website's job is to turn an estimate request into a scheduled visit, and the office's job is to make sure no request slips through.
A practical setup includes an estimate form that collects the job location, job type and photos; an automatic reply that sets expectations; a CRM pipeline that shows each request moving from new to quoted to won or lost; and a reminder when a quote hasn't been answered. AI can help turn a customer's rough description and photos into a cleaner job summary, but the estimate itself stays with the contractor. Read about contractors and home services and estimate requests, job photos and follow-up.
04
Medical and dental practices: new-patient forms and front-desk handoffs
Edinburg's 465 health-care establishments include 130 physicians' offices and 51 dental offices. In a growing city, the strain shows up with new patients: more first-visit forms, more questions about whether the office is taking patients, and more handoffs between the front desk and billing. A short online form for new-patient details, with a bilingual version, an automatic note when something is missing and a clear status for each person, removes most of the back-and-forth.
These are rule-based workflows that should behave the same way every time. Where AI helps, it drafts answers to general questions such as directions, hours or services offered, and staff approve them. It doesn't give medical advice, and patient health information stays out of any tool until the practice confirms the safeguards it needs. See medical practices and business automation.
05
Bilingual customers in Edinburg
About 69% of Edinburg residents speak Spanish at home, and 19% speak Spanish and report speaking English less than “very well” (ACS 2019–2023 estimates, with margins of error). For a law office, that affects far more than the website: intake questions, document checklists and appointment reminders all need careful Spanish, not a machine translation of the English. We plan both languages together and store each client's preference so automated messages follow it. The bilingual website guide explains the structure.

Where we work around Edinburg
From Brownsville, we work remotely with businesses in Edinburg and nearby McAllen, Pharr and San Juan. Discovery and reviews happen by video call or email, and on-site visits are discussed per project. TwoQM doesn't have an Edinburg office. Next door, the McAllen page covers that city's business mix; the South Texas page covers the region.
07
Work you can look at
The Pacheco Couceiro legal ecosystem shows bilingual practice-area pages and consultation journeys for a law firm. Real Connect Realty shows a back office where transactions, documents and e-signatures stay connected to the CRM, the same discipline an Edinburg firm needs for matter documents. Both are TwoQM projects, not Edinburg clients.

Pricing and timing
Most of what Edinburg offices ask for fits one of three pricing categories, shown below: business websites; business apps and systems such as CRM and intake portals built on existing TwoQM software; and custom software for anything built from scratch. Domains, business email and custom integrations are quoted as part of your project once we've scoped the work together. For planning, see the pricing page, the website, email & hosting page and the budget guide. Your timeline is confirmed in your project scope. You may self-host after paying the full one-time website price based on scope.

FAQ
Edinburg questions
Can you meet us at our Edinburg office?
We work remotely by default: discovery on a video call, a written scope, and previews you can review on your own time. If seeing your intake process in person would change the design, we'll discuss a visit while scoping. We're based in Brownsville and don't keep an office in Edinburg.
Can our law firm's intake be fully bilingual?
Yes. The intake form, confirmation, document checklist and reminders can each have an English and a Spanish version written together, and the client's choice follows them through the CRM. Attorneys still review anything legal before it's sent.
I'm a one-person contractor in Hidalgo County. What's the smallest useful setup?
An estimate-request form with photo upload, an automatic reply, and a simple list of open requests with follow-up reminders. That's enough to stop losing jobs to slow replies. Hidalgo County has more than 16,000 construction businesses with no employees, so starting small is normal.
Is self-hosting allowed?
Yes. After the full one-time website price is paid, based on scope, you can host the site yourself. If you prefer, we keep managing hosting, email and DNS so the pieces stay connected.
How do I get in touch about an Edinburg project?
Send the form at the end of this page or use the contact page. A short description of your intake or estimate process is the most useful thing you can include; we'll answer by email.
